i sure hope this track puts a big smile on your face, 'cause this is as wrong as electropop can get. it took lots of composing and searching, but it was such fun doing it that i couldn't help but working on it for the past two days. this track contains a lot of samples taken from my roland jd-800 synth (some stock, some designed). (composed with noisetrekker 2final and roland jd-800, 136 bpm)
nice compo but i don't really like the sounds mainly because electropop isn't my cup of tea, but niceproduction anyways man sounds pretty complete :)
i share particle's opinion, however i don't mind the sounds you used. not my thing, but very well composed and mastered. nice one.
'cause this is as wrong as electropop can get => right on def not my thing, but i enjoy listening to it, it has a strange feeling too it, kinda trance/poppy, but without the cheap repetitivness, a weird combination for me. kinda fascinating. nice mastering too fat thumb to you sir!
now thats an old school flavour menneke :p the beat miss a lill dynamic work, i mean its very linear, can u edit the dynamic with your soft? sounds very happy pop, thats something i dont like but its nicely produced, it is simply not my cup of tea. The final touch could be a nice vocoded vocal samp...just an idea... thumb goes up !
thanks all. btw aphone, i completely agree concerning the linear beat. i'm not sure what you mean with 'dynamic', but i'd like to make it sound more acoustic... with some almost off-beat hihats or something. i'm still searching for some drumsamples to fiddle with. and i had the exact same idea of adding some vocoder vocals... hm, should make some time to try to achieve that.
So u were sick when u created this? I see.... ;) Not my style, but listened to the whole track at once so that's not a bad sign i guess... very strange & happy track, great composition, good work!
